1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on the CORTEX platform operated by PurpleLab AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “the user”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Description of service
CORTEX is an enterprise AI readiness assessment and intelligence platform. It provides structured discovery, process mapping, PRISM scoring, and AI diffusion planning for organisations. The platform operates through a staged pipeline (AIRA) that produces scored, evidence-backed recommendations.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be authorised to represent the organisation you register on behalf of. One organisation account per legal entity unless otherwise agreed.
4. Data and privacy
We process organisational data solely for the purpose of delivering AIRA assessments and AI diffusion plans. All data is tenant-isolated with row-level security. Data is stored in Azure datacentres (Central India region). We do not share your data with third parties. We do not use your organisational data to train AI models. 5. Intellectual property
The CORTEX platform, AIRA methodology, PRISM framework, and all associated intellectual property are owned by PurpleLab AI Ltd. Assessment outputs (diffusion plans, process maps, PRISM scores) generated for your organisation are licensed to you for internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense assessment outputs without written consent.
6. Subscription and payment
Service tiers (Entry, Mid, Enterprise) are priced as stated at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are non-refundable once an AIRA assessment has been initiated. Enterprise engagements are governed by separate statements of work (SOW).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; attempt to access other tenants' data; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; upload malicious content; impersonate other users or organisations.
8. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or your network connectivity.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurpleLab AI Ltd's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request data export within the retention period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
